This notice explains how the Tavorelia pre-launch project handles information submitted through the pilot waitlist. Tavorelia is not yet a generally available service.
Information we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect your name, work email, institution, role, consent, submission time, and any optional country or project information you provide.
Why we use it
We use this information to understand institutional needs, evaluate potential research and pilot partners, respond to your request, and plan the product. We do not sell waitlist information or use it for unrelated advertising.
Storage and service providers
Waitlist records are stored in the database infrastructure used to host this site. The site may rely on OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure to serve pages and process submissions. We use only the information needed for this pre-launch purpose.
Retention
We intend to retain waitlist information while product discovery and pilot planning are active, then review it periodically. You may ask us to delete your record at any time.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion, or withdraw permission for future contact, by emailing ceo@tavorelia.online. We may need to verify that the request relates to your email address.
International visitors
This is a global pre-launch page. Information may be processed outside your country. A fuller jurisdiction-specific notice will be adopted before a production service is offered where required.
Changes
We may update this notice as the product and its infrastructure develop. The effective date above will change when we do.
